I loved being there, the place is beautiful designed.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were beautifully decorated and reasonably large. The staff were amicable and accommodating and offered guidance. Booked a room with great views to the lake. The location was favourable and magnificent, at walking distance from Lago Argentino Department.

I was offered a room with magnificent views of the lake and mountains. I had central heating, a safe, and flat screen TV with cable channels in the room. Favourable and magnificent location to glacier, exceeded all expectations. Had brunch in the Rustico Asador y Parrilla, located nearby.

Location is a little awkward on foot into town however most tours pick you up from hotel so not a major problem.

Exceptionally comfortable and modest hotel in a marvellous position far away from downtown area. Fine & cozy room, a writing desk and Wi-Fi in there. Location not far from pura vida restaurant and the outskirts of El Calafate.

Well, in fact there was nothing to mention for this question about the hotel itself, but the staff at the reception was always ready to help.

For the size of the hotel, the number of parking spaces was tiny: a handful if big SUVs are present and/or cars are parked without regarding to leave space for others. Our bathroom was rather small for the category of the hotel. A group (or more) stayed at the same time at this hotel - you may imagine how the breakfast room looked like after they have left.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location opposite the bay offers breathtaking views of the lake where you can see lots of flamingos. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms with a view of the lake are basic, yet comfortable, making it a delightful stay. Although breakfast could have included a few more healthier options, the overall experience is highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the lake. It was a treat to wake up to such a picturesque scene. Lastly, the location was convenient, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. this hotel provided excellent value for money and we would highly recommend it for your stay in El Calafate.
